Non-Toxic Car cleaning🚗

I used to be an Armor All girlie! But now I wouldn't touch that stuff. The ingredients, the smell, the pollution.... not worth it!

My husband and I tend to wash our own vehicles versus running them through the auto wash. Have y'all noticed how expensive those things have gotten? Geesh. And on the rare occasion I do use it, I'll get done and my van still isn't really clean. There's still bugs, dirt and grime that the wash didn't get. So, I'm still stuck washing part of it at least. We get a lot of bugs on the car in our area!

I've been a little less picky about how clean my car is the more years I've been a mom - dirt is just going to happen! lol! But when I get it cleaned, I want it clean!

Because of cost 🤑, ingredients, and effectiveness - we wash our own most of the time still.

But when we started switching to non toxic products in our home, we realized the car care products were no bueno. 🚫 I didn't want to use toxic products that would absorb into my skin, that I would inhale and that would pollute the waterways.

If you can relate to my frustrations, I'm sharing what I use now. Not only is if safer, it works so much better. It's fast, easy and effective! ✅✅✅

I use a couple of long lasting specialty cloths to clean and polish the vehicle, with just water! Sounds crazy, but it's just true. For the tougher spots with bugs or tar, I have a couple of natural cleaners that I use with an old scrub sponge and they get the job done beautifully.

These cloths will last for years. Nothing harmful touches me or gets in the waterways.

To see the full list of what I use and to learn more or get your own set - read my notes and then come back and use this link!

NOTES:

  • I've included a few more things than you need so you can see the options.

  • Pick what you want and "delete" the rest.

  • I would definitely keep the Car Wash Mitt, the Car Cloth, Spirisponge and a cleaner.

  • The Power Cleaning Paste and Biozyme are two options for cleaning the bugs off and can even help on messes on the inside - but you probably just need one to start with. Go with the Biozyme for something that is less abrasive and will be "nicer" on your car paint.

Happy non-toxic car cleaning! 🚗🚗🚗

Wishing you abundant health,

Melisha
